This is an everyday debate which would never end since it can never have any conclusion. Men vs Women. Especially for somebody like me who strongly believes that women are not the lesser beings & they can match every step of men. In fact women are superior in most of the things. But then men are not the species who can admit this. While on way to office, I got this sms from a female friend that read – A girl is always right… just sometimes confused, misinformed, rude, stubborn, senseless, unchageable and even downright stupid, but never Wrong!!!! Now see how different females are. They can laugh at themselves, admit all this & still enjoy their lives but men really get stuck. Can any male ever admit that men are mostly confused, sometimes irrational, sometimes insensitive, very much unchangeable, stubborn and yes stupid too? I don’t think so. Males don’t have the courage to even admit this to themselves forget about writing it & sharing with others especially females. They’re very insecure beings.

Lets not generalize. One can always debate about if its ‘some men’ or ‘most men’ or ‘some women’ or ‘most women’.
Accepting your shortcomings is always difficult. its human nature not to admit things that are socially considered negative or not right.
Lets speak for ourselves and not for our community or caste or gender.Lets not get into the age old debate.
its best to look at both sides of the coin. Its worthless if both od them are the same or one face is blank.
Personally i find it most convenient to don a ‘mirror-mask’. That way everyone finds everyone nice .

Who has the time to look and understand your real self. Everyone is too full of themselves.

okay let me talk mathematics. it’d be simpler that way.
there is something called complex numbers. unlike real numbers (say integers) we can have no practical perception about imaginary numbers. you can point some people in the street and teach your kid “see? THREE people are walking.” but for complex numbers, you cant. there are many mathematical jugglery you can do with them like taking the mod or measuring the radian argument, but nobody knows what exactly it is.
for complex numbers there is only one complex part ‘i’, but for us humans, there are perhaps hundreds of components that are mutually exclusive, nonadhesive and mostly unique.
Essentially, what i want to assert is that men and women have so much differences in thoughts and habits (evolutionary or socially or culturally) that only the fools would try to compare them.
each human being has a unique identity, parametrization of which would not only be ludicrous but also inconclusive and irrational.
they are happy in their own way. let them be. no point to add fuel to the fire in the dungs around us (you know what i mean 😛 )!
I would like to start by saying that shortcomings are a part of human beings and i am saying human beings,and both men and women being human, are born with these,and like god has not differentiated in them by giving them same oxygen and water need,lets not differentiate them in shortcomings too.
but i would like to say to the author that this topic is though sensitive but a general and usual topic providing just a platform of support for male bashing.
Although don’t take this as my support for males for all the ‘qualities’ listed by author’s friend.i totally agree to them being present in males , and for that matter in females too.but at the same time , i am of the opinion that acceptance of wrong is no justification of wrong or for wrong.Read this in context to ‘qualities’ listed in women , acceptance of which the author has appreciated.
The actual need is to see what brings these shortcomings in humans and how can these be erased.
this requires a step of constant self appraisal and also the need to see what is happening around us and to check them at basic level as we can correct a kid and try to teach a kid but not elders as they wont change due to nature and generation gap,both.
but i would still like to appreciate the author for starting with a serious debate and not gossip.i will surely look forward to read and write.

There are good human beings and there are bad human beings. There are smart human beings and there stupid human beings. There are rational human beings and there are irrational human beings. There are generous human beings and there are selfish human beings. There are sensitive human beings and there are cruel human beings. You’ll find them in abundance in both the sexes!
